Project at Job Site Employers should design a project for students to do during the internship that involves research, planning, writing, presentations, team effort, authentic items, and group activities. Offer written guidelines to direct their work. The project should encourage interns to think, reason, synthesize, use mathematics, see the connection between academic achievement and career and postsecondary success. Develop a work plan for the intern. Include job tasks/activities which help the intern explore career options and have educational value. Use this space to describe the project.
