Please contact our technical support staff prior to requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via phone or email at
rma@etcdepot.com
Please download the RMA Request Form from our website www.etcdepot.com or obtain from our store and fill it out and email
back to rma@etcdepot.com. Our RMA department staff will reply you to email or phone call for your RMA number.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid ETC DEPOT RMA number.
RMA number is valid for 10 business days from the issued date.
All offline purchased merchandises must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of invoice for exchange
and store credit and refund. After seven (7) days, buyer is allowed to get store credit only within15 days form invoice
date. 25% restocking fee will be applied to any returns after (15) days.
All online(www.etcdepot.com) purchased merchandises must be returned within seven (14) days from the date of
invoice for exchange and store credit and refund. After seven (14) days, buyer is allowed to get store credit only
within (30) days form invoice date. 25% restocking fee will be applied to any returns after (30) days.
In order to obtain full credit refund, exchange or store credit, all items must be in unused condition(contains all
part& accessories,
original package). Shipping and handling charges are non refundable wheather product was
purchased from online or offline.
All Special orders are “Non-refundable and non-returnable.”
ETC DEPOT reserves the right not to replace product until the replacement is returned from Manufacturer or Vendor.
All return merchandise must be shipped back to our address within 7 days from the date of RMA, enclosed with a copy of the
invoice and RMA.number clearly marked on the mailing label.
“No Fault Found” RMA items will be shipped back at purchaser's expense for shipping cost.
Any material not received in re-salable condition will not be credited and will be returned to the customer at the purchaser’s
expense.
Returned merchandise must include all original materials including but not limited to mounting brackets, screws,
instructional manual, box sticker, product sticker, cable sticker, original box packaging, and miscellaneous
accessories.
All accessories are sold as is, all sales are final, are not covered under warranty.
All refurbished items are final sales and come with 1yr replacement warranty when they are defected. All products comes with
2yr warranty except accessories, TV's & refurbished products.
Limitation of Liability: ETC DEPOT will not be responsible for consequential damage to the system or its components caused by either internal or
external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed or obtained from ETC DEPOT shall not be liable for damage to painted surfaces
due to physical abuse, excessive use, liquids, chemicals spilled upon or inside the components including oxidation or corrosion to components caused
by exposure to salt air.
The limited warranty also does not cover any losses or damages that may occur as result of:
1.
Shipping or improper installation or maintenance.
2.
Misuse, neglect or improper environment.
3.
Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation or options/parts by anyone other than a ETC DEPOT authorized service center,
excessive/inadequate electrical power surges or other irregularities.
Manufacturer’s Warranties: ETC DEPOT will assist dealers in the repair or return of products covered under the warranty upon request. ETC
DEPOT in no way claims responsibility for these products or their warranties.
Legal Costs: The undersigned agrees to pay all invoices within the terms of the sale and further agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees
necessary to collect past due amounts.

RESALE CERTIFICATE
Sales Tax Rules and Regulations To Our Customer: In Compliance with Sales and Use Tax Law, It is necessary that we have from all our customers, a signed re-sale certificate with their
State Sales Tax Permit Number, to show that the merchandise has been purchased for re-sale.
The good faith of the seller will be questioned If he or she has knowledge of facts which give rise to a reasonable inference that the
purchaser does not intended to resell the property, as for example, knowledge that a purchaser of particular merchandise is not
engaged in the business of selling that kind of merchandise.
Under “Description of property to be purchased, *there may appear:
(1) Either an itemized list of the particular property to be purchased for resale, or
(2) A general description of the kind of property to be purchased for resale. Such certificate is good until revoked in writing.
