INTRODUCTION
M/S AGCC is industrial and commercial engineering firm established in
2005. AGCC has diversified experience in various fields of construction
activities. AGCC is dynamic in these sectors i.e. civil, mechanical and
electrical; however the company’s main expertise lies in the sphere of civil
construction. The achieved targets/completed projects of the company
(details: see page No.21) which itself speaks the growing trends of the
company. Our fields of activity are;

Our team comprising of different fields of knowledge, includes civil,
mechanical and electrical engineers with magnifying careers. The team is
fully equipped in respect of all inevitable to perform small and medium sized
projects. The team also includes well qualified supervisors, foremen, safety
personnel, approved QC’s and QA’s from the existing market renowned
institutions. All layers of management in the company are headed by a
General Manager (however all vital decisions are made in complete
collaborations with vision of Managing Director of the company).
It is of immense importance to note that AGCC founded in the year 2005 by
Muhammad Altaf Khan, restructured in the year 2011 and since that the
company has gained meaningful place, one cannot neglect, in the local
market. The structure of the company developed with quantum leaps fetching
contracts from world renowned clients i.e. SATORP, Samsung Engineering,
SK E and C, SABIC etc. The company currently engaged in various
dimensions of construction field.
Almost all of its completed and currently ongoing projects are mainly Civil
Engineering Construction i.e., Tankage foundations, Culverts, Pipe laying,
Drum pits, joint boxes, grouting, Asphaltic works etc.
The company is of sole proprietorship, with its Head Office located in Jubail
and sub-office in Dammam. The company is officially registered with Saudi

The company consists of full engineering discipline to provide
solution to various industries according to its technical structure. The
company has dynamic approach towards refinement of necessities to give

Civil Division
The company is having its civil division fully equipped to carry out
projects in systematic manner. The civil division is headed by a project
manager with so many shining successes in his pocket. We try our level best
to complete assigned jobs as per our customer specification strictly within
the timeframe adhering to our own well devised safety regulation.
Roads construction is becoming a tradition due to strong backup of self
owned machinery and highly skilled operators who can articulate the layers
of road elements with professional ease. Road job is performed with the
intention to provide best riding quality to commuters and clients.

AGCC is also establishing its mechanical Division. In this respect, the
company is having appropriate facilities. The division of the company is
located in Jubail Industrial city. The division separate offices are also located
within that compound.

Fabrication Facilities:
We are integrating various components for our mechanical division and in
the near future, our company will be able to perform field maintenance and
projects erection of all kinds of piping, structure fabrication and sites
installation. The company can devise a master plan for mechanical systems
as well as for health care. It is also very important to note that we as a team
work to fetch economies of scale to decrease the marginal unit cost as we
progress in the project. Our field maintenance system works by default to
reduce the periodic costs of our clients i.e. commonly known as cost
effective approach.

D- Workshop Facility:
The company is running its own workshop facility located in Jubail industrial Area. The
same has appropriate machinery tools, accessories ready for 24 hours to help in
emergent needs.
Workshop is operated by professional team headed by a well-qualified mechanical
engineer. It is working over the years up to the mark and according to the industrial
standard and specifications.
E- Storage Godowns:
The company has its own inventory system, besides site operations its main storage
facility is in our workshop. All such feedings are controlled from the main outlet.

being done by constantly upgrading the working methodologies to enhance quality strictly

To achieve our targets we believe our Quality Management System (QMS) will ensure
controlled work, compliance to standards, and appropriate communication across all

AGCC is committed to provide a safe and healthy working environment for
employees. The company understands that safety is the foremost for everyone
involved directly or indirectly with projects implementation. We also believe that
owners face a variety of risks that undertake a construction project. Not only must
owner be concerned with potential risks to their employees, tenants, or property
but they must also be concerned about the risks that the contractor bears. Safety
is a critical item on all construction projects for multiple reasons includes protecting
the welfare of employees; provide a safe work environment and controlling
construction costs. AGCC believes the importance of safety as a cost controlling
measure, means of reducing risks associated with construction. Safety can
significantly impact the overall costs positively. We believe that a dedicated
commitment and safety keeps ensure project success and can impact the bottom
line considerably.
We also understand that by implementation of fully fledged safety rules and
regulations, we have to face little upfront costs. These rules and regulations are
mandatory by law, but to avoid high losses in shape of hard currencies caused by
injuries, it is indispensible to implement various safety procedures like fall
protection, confined space entry, placing of competent persons to control all such
injuries may reduce overhead costs of insurances as well as hidden costs of
