Crew Member
Tufco, a leading provider of printing, laminating, and contract manufacturing services, is currently seeking dynamic Crew Members to join our production team. Located in Green Bay,
Wisconsin, Tufco manufactures wet and dry wipes for the home care and personal baby/medical care markets.
Summary of Responsibilities
Assigned to a specific product line. Works among the machines and equipment of the product line and performs the various manual tasks needed in the manufacturing of the products to help ensure that production schedules are met. Works as a productive member of a manufacturing team.
Essential Functions

Place products/packaging onto or off of conveyor line, if necessary.

Monitor quality of the products, notifying appropriate personnel of any defects.

Look for ways to create continuous improvement.

Count products being packaged and placing correct number into boxes.

Prepare product for shipping as needed.

Maintain production standards.

Assist and follow directions given from Line Leads and with set up and clean up of production process.

Support machine operator with machine maintenance if requested/required.

Must interact with and support other members of the manufacturing team.

Understand and comply with all lockout/tagout procedures.

Must work in a safe and ethical manner at all times.

Utilize time effectively during down time periods.
