This is a specialized development program that will teach you the skills to become an Energy Engineer Associate in the Building Technologies Division. Efficiency and sustainability are at the forefront of the Siemens business and in this program you will play an integral part in improving what is most important to our company. Your responsibilities may include: improving project performance increasing efficiency across multiple businesses, from wind farms to the factory floor visit facility sites, assess the current situation and develop a solution-based plan for improved efficiency and production ODP program participants are full-time employees with full benefits.
