What is the Operations Development Program?
This is a specialized development program that will teach you
the skills to become an Energy Engineer Associate in the
Building Technologies Division. Efficiency and sustainability
are at the forefront of the Siemens business and in this
program you will play an integral part in improving what is
most important to our company.
Your responsibilities may include:
improving project performance
increasing efficiency across multiple businesses, from
wind farms to the factory floor
visit facility sites, assess the current situation and develop
a solution-based plan for improved efficiency and production
ODP program participants are full-time employees with full
benefits. This program is designed to create a successful
career path within Siemens.
Program start date is in July.

To apply for the Operations Development Program,
candidates must meet the following requirements:
Majors: Engineering, specifically with a Mechanical,
Energy or HVAC focus; experience with the Industrial
Assessment Center or LEED certification is a plus
Graduation Date: Candidates must graduate by the
program start date, but no more than one year prior
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Relocation and Travel: Candidates must be willing to
relocate and travel as required by program
Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in
the U.S. is required
