Design and build a single-phase uncontrolled rectifier circuit of ; Full-wave with 5A dc current, 42 V dc voltage , the current ripples must be within 5%, and the voltage ripples must be within 10%. - Determine the tr-r parameters Determine and select the diodes ratings Calculate the necessary protections Calculate the L and C filters that satisfied the above mentioned conditions. Build the simulation model by selecting two of these Software programs ( Simulink, PSPICE, PSIM, PSCADE,….). Plot the waveforms…. - Build (practically implement) the designed circuit. =========================================================== 2. Design and build a three-phase uncontrolled rectifier circuit of ; Full-wave with 4A dc current, 100 V dc voltage , the current ripples must be within 0.05% - Determine the tr-r parameters Determine and select the diodes Calculate the necessary protections Calculate the voltage reduction due to L . Build the simulation model by selecting two of these Software programs ( Simulink, PSPICE or PSIM).Plot the waveforms…. - Practically Implement the electrical circuit with necessary protections (without tr-r part). The build model should be energized by laboratory transformer with rating no more than 1KVA. Instructions: 1.The project must computer typed. 2.The implemented circuits must satisfy the safety regulations and instructions 3.Use appropriate software ( PSPICE, PSIM, SIMPLORER, Matlab/Simulink, PSCADE,)….. 4.
