STYLE OF QUESTIONS
Questions may take one of the following forms:
1. Definition and concept recall. In this type of question to will be asked to define
an e-commerce concept and/or describe it in some detail. This requires the
student to have studied and understood the notes thoroughly.
2. Scenario-Based Application of Knowledge. Students will be presented with a
mini-scenario and asked to apply their knowledge to help solve any problem
presented in the scenario.
