Choose a component part of a supply chain of an organisation. Critically analyse the impact of the
increasing e-commerce consumers' service expectations on their supply chain and logistics
operations. In the light of your review provide argued and justified recommendations for
improvements to their current operations. The chosen organisation should be directly or indirectly
involved in e-commerce (i.e. they have online customers or their supply chain partners do).
You need to develop ALL of the following:
• An analysis of the increasing e-commerce consumers' service expectations
• A critical analysis of the impact on the current operations
• Realistic recommendations for improvements
Good supporting material is always helpful – data where possible, visuals etc.
This is an individual, not a group assignment.

In order to pass the module, your analysis should be based on the content of the module. You are not
allowed to use any Artificial Intelligence software to help you with this assignment.
