SPECIFICATIONS
HOUSING
The bollard shall be cast aluminum. Aluminum
shall be certified as pure #356 alloy, free of any
porosity, foreign materials, or cosmetic fillers. All
extruded aluminum parts shall be alloy 6061-T6,
6063-T5 or equal. The lens shall be one-piece
formed acrylic, sealed in the housing to prevent
dust, insect or moisture contamination.

The electrical assembly shall be comprised of a
high power factor ballast, designed to operate
an HID lamp (by others) up to 70 watts and shall

be integrally mounted to a removable aluminum

tray with nonferrous brackets and fasteners. The
 180S (House side shield, 180 degrees)
medium base porcelain sockets are 4KV rated.
Ballasts are wired at the factory for 277 volts,
 FS1 (Single weatherproof fuse holder. Fuse by others)
unless specified.
 FS2 (Double weatherproof fuse holder. Fuse by others)
 GF1 (Ground fault interrupter)
The LED drivers accept 120 thru 277 volt input
 CE1 (Chain eyes, single)
and is driven at 700mA. The 24 light emitting
 CE2 (Chain eyes, double)
diode array are available in warm white (3000K),
 UB6 (6" ball finial. Only available with unlit bollard (FCB5-UN)) neutral white (4000K) or bright white (5000K).
MOUNTING
The bollard shall be secured to the base with four
stainless steel bolts. The 5/8" x 18" anchor bolts,
double hex nuts and flat washers shall be hot
dipped galvanized steel.

FINISH
Fixture finish shall consist of a five stage
pretreatment regimen with a polymer primer
sealer, oven dry off, and top coated with a
thermoset super TGIC polyester powder coat
finish. The finish shall meet the AAMA 605.2
performance specification which includes
passing a 3000 hour salt spray test for corrosion
resistance.
