Controlled Environments, a sub-division of

ranges of made-to-order, high-specification
insulated panel systems, for internal and

Data
The UltraTemp range of insulated hinged doors
has been designed specifically for use within the
food and drink industry in applications such as
food manufacturing and temperature controlled
storage.
These semi-rebated hinged doors feature an innovative frame
interface designed to integrate seamlessly with UltraTemp insulated
panels, withstanding high pressure washing and regular cleaning to
provide a durable yet aesthetic solution that prevents water ingress
and minimises potential bacteria growth.
UltraTemp insulated hinged doors can be supplied in standard or
bespoke sizes, and offer a range of door frames with integrated
thermal breaks and a choice of fitting and coating options to
suit project-specific requirements. Integrated low-voltage frame
and threshold heaters are supplied as standard to suit negative
temperature applications.
Application
UltraTemp hinged doors are designed specifically for cold and
chilled storage applications, and can be installed both internally
and externally.

Threshold Details
Various threshold options are available to meet project-specific
requirements, and low-voltage heaters are supplied as standard for
negative temperature applications.
Available threshold options include:
Option 1:
Three-sided frame / blade complete with sweeper gasket;
Option 2: Four-sided frame / three-sided blade complete with sweeper gasket;
Option 3: Four-sided frame / blade;
Option 4: Three-sided frame / blade complete with insulated boot to suit an insulated built-up floor construction.
