Use of personal information
1. Personal information from holders belonging to different groups of interest.
Promioriente S.A. E.S.P. collects, updates, uses, stores, processes, handles, transfers, transmits and shares personal data in accordance
with the principles of confidentiality and discretion required by Law 1581 of 2012, and the regulatory decrees and rules that
complement and/or replace them.
This information will be used for activities focused on:
(1) providing the holder thereof, relevant information such as products, services, financial reports of Promioriente S.A. E.S.P.,
shareholder information, dividends settlements, billing and collection services provided by Promioriente S.A. E.S.P., among others.
(2) the provision of the public service of natural gas and complementary activities.
(3) sending commercial information, invitations or company publicity.
(4) conducting surveys and/or opinion polls.
(5) carrying out activities or processes with entities that are part of the Social Security System for Health (Pension, Health, labor risks),
prepaid medical institutions or insurance companies.
(6) invitations to processes performed by the company.
(7) actions, activities and related processes, linked or referred to them by/with the shareholders and investors of the company.
(8) actions, activities and related processes, linked or referred to them by/with associates and pensioners of the company, including
their families.
(9) actions, activities and related activities, linked or referred to them by/with contractors or suppliers of the company(ies).
The information may also be shared with the companies linked to Promioriente S.A. E.S.P., with public authorities and institutions,
financial institutions, the central securities depositories or their contractors, in order to comply with the aforementioned purposes,
but always in full compliance with the principles of Law 1581 of 1012 and the rules and regulations that complement and/or replace
them.
2. The use to which the information is intended may be given by any means, be it through physical or electronic or digital
communications that either exist or may come into existence in the future.
3. Likewise, it is understood that the information of the owner of the data may be supplied by Promioriente S.A. E.S.P., its parent
company or its affiliates in the course of administrative, judicial or governmental processes or when the public authorities, in
performance of their duties, ask for said information.
Likewise, it is understood that the actions of Promioriente S.A. E.S.P., its parent company and their related companies may be subject
to audit and review, by public or private entities, in order to verify the performance of their duties. Therefore, in the development of
said audits, it may disclose said information to the audit firms or agents.
Sensitive information and information related to children and adolescents.
As a general rule Promioriente S.A. E.S.P. and its related companies will not request sensitive information, which is understood as
"that information that affects the privacy of the Holder or whose abuse can generate discrimination against them, such as information
revealing racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, social organizations,
human rights or promoting interests of any political party or to guarantee the rights of opposition parties as well as data concerning
health, sex life and biometric data".
If at some point it needs to process sensitive data, Promioriente S.A. E.S.P. and its related companies will only do so in strict
compliance with Colombian law and requesting the prior, clear and express authorization of the holder.
Similarly, Promioriente S.A. E.S.P. and their related companies will not request information relating to children and adolescents, which
is prohibited in Law 1581 of 2012.
Consequently, if at some point it is required to process the data of children and adolescents, Promioriente S.A. E.S.P. and their
affiliated and related companies will do so in strict compliance with Colombian law and requesting the prior express and clear
authorization of the legal representative of the holder.
Rights of the holder of the personal data.
Pursuant to Law 1581 of 2012, the owner of the data has the right, among other things, to:





Know, update and rectify my personal data.
Request the correction of partial, inaccurate, incomplete, split data or data that induces an error
Be informed about the use of my data
Complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
Revoke the authorization and/or request deletion of my personal data.

The undersigned, identified as shown at the bottom of their signature, voluntarily, consciously, expressly and knowingly states that
they authorize Promioriente S.A. E.S.P. and its affiliate companies to perform and/or continue with the management of personal
information (personal data) which the undersigned owns, in the terms established by Law 1581 of 2012, the decrees and rules that
complement and/or replace them and the rules contained in the "Policy on Data Protection and the Management of Personal Data of
Promioriente S.A. E.S.P."
