PROJECT INFORMATION
HOUSING: Marine grade die-cast aluminum. Rib reinforced construction. Integral heat sinks. Housing flange interlocks and wraps around lens base producing maximum moisture deflection and resistance to prying. Housing provided with four-point mounting holes, one wireway hole and temporary junction box mounting drill points. Standard black, bronze or white exterior TGIC polyester powder coat – 5-step pre-treatment. See Ordering Information for optional finishes.
REFLECTOR: Precision designed semi-specular reflector (semi-cutoff) produces an elongated lateral and shallow distribution. System produces aesthetically pleasing illumination of narrow passages at maximum fixture spacings with minimal light trespass.
LENS: UV-stabilized, high impact resistant, virgin injection molded clear polycarbonate lens. The high efficiency lens is designed to enhance appearance without beam scatter. Close tolerance push/ turn/lock-in-place mating of injection molded base and lens facilitates set up and installation. Base and lens secured with one concealed captive Torx ® with center pin fastener.
LENS BASE/EYELID: Lens base shields lamp from viewing angles. High impact resistant, injection molded opaque black, bronze or white polycarbonate. Optional Light Gray, Silver, Forest Green or
Custom Color (see Ordering Information below) are chemically bonded, impact resistant finishes.
GASKETING: Die-cut, closed cell neoprene self adhesive gasket seals housing to mounting surface. Closed cell, silicone “O” ring gaskets positioned and friction secured in gasket channels of lens base and housing.
HARDWARE: One stainless steel Torx ® with center pin fastener.
ELECTRICAL: HID ballasts high power factor. Metal halide lamps utilize pulse start technology. Shock absorbing, medium base lamp sockets provided for HID lamps.
INSTALLATION: HID units cannot be inverted to be an uplight.
WARRANTY: Standard four-point mounting and polycarbonate lens required for Peace of Mind Guarantee ® .
LISTINGS: UL listed for Wet Location. UL certified IP64 per IEC 60598.
