GE’s magnetic contactor is designed for use on
today’s modern equipment. Especially suitable
for handling the sw itching of resistance
heating and capacitor circuit loads, their
compact size also fits the needs of the panel
building industry. In addition, they may be used
for controlling ac motors w here overload
protection is provided separately.Easy
disassembly for maintenance and inspection of
contacts. Auxiliary contacts w ith vertical
contact surfaces enclosed to prevent
accumulation of dust and dirt. Attractive,
modern squared-off design enclosure. Magnet
faces specially treated to resist rust. Provision
for ring terminals may be specified as a special
feature, if required .NEMA Rated Full Voltage
Contactors. Single-phase, One- and Tw o-Pole.
Nonreversing, Open, NEMA Type 1, 3R, 12,
4/4X. NEMA Sizes 00-9. 600 Volts Maximum
50/60 Hertz.
