Test Tube Holder
Designed to hold test tubes from 10 mm to 24 mm
diameter and up to 160 mm tall in the Ultrospec 7000,
8000 and 9000 spectrophotometers.
This accessory replaces the standard
single cell holder. The installation is
easily performed by the operator with
only one thumb screw to remove at
the front of the cell compartment.

Thermostatted 5-Cell Changer
The water tubing is connected to an external
fluid circulator.

The 5-position thermostatted cell changer is
designed to speed up analysis by allowing users
to automatically measure samples that are at
a controlled temperature. With a cell changer
connected the software will allow the user to
perform parallel kinetics measurements on either
stand-alone local control or PC-controlled instruments.

Automatic 8-Cell Changer
Designed to read up to 8 cells automatically on the
Ultrospec 7000/8000/9000 spectrophotometers,
this accessory is fully controlled from either the
built-in local control software or via the Windows™
PC Datrys software.
•Fully automatic operation
The cell changer replaces the standard single
cell holder; installation is easily performed by the
operator with only one thumb screw to remove at
the front of the cell compartment. The cell changer
is automatically identified by the spectrophotometer
and is ready to use immediately.

Variable Pathlength Cell Holder
The variable pathlength cell holder is designed to
hold 1 mm, 2 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm, 50 mm and
100 mm pathlength cells in the Ultrospec 7000, 8000
and 9000 spectrophotometers. To accommodate
different pathlengths the clips should be moved to
secure the cell at the required pathlength.
•Variable pathlength of 1 mm, 2 mm, 5 mm,
10 mm, 20 mm, 50 mm and 100 mm
•Only 1 thumb screw
•Supplied with spacers for short
pathlength cells

Water Thermostatted Single Cell Holder
The water thermostatted cell holder is designed to
work with water circulators to achieve constant
temperatures in the range of 5 to 80°C. The accessory
is connected so that the water flows into the bottom
of the cell holder and flows out through the top of
the cell holder.

Automatic Sipper System
Aspiration system using a peristaltic pump head
designed to read automatically a sample from a
tube, beaker or flask.
The sample is sipped through the front aspiration
tube and then moved to the flow-through cell for
automatic reading. After measurement the sample
can be either be sent to waste or returned to the
sample tube, suitable for precious samples.
An air gap volume can be set between two samples
to avoid any cross contamination.
All sipping parameters can be programmed and
stored along with the user method and include:
sipped volume, air gap, settle time, auto read on/off
and waste or return modes.
The sipper is fully controlled from either the built‑in
local software or via the Windows PC DATRYS software.

Peltier Thermocirculator
The principal feature of this product is that a small
volume of water (150 ml) is heated and cooled using
Peltier elements, allowing a very wide temperature
range, from ambient temperature 20°C, up to 60°C,
as well as temperature accuracy (± 0.1°C).
The Peltier Thermocirculator is a stand-alone external
accessory, and as a result requires no electronic or
physical modifications to the cell-holders.
