4. How to get system Info through RS232
User can get cube info by giving a command to cube through RS232, and according to the return command to distinguish different
info. For example if the user wants to tell which source is in use now, then type in K 15EA, if the return command shows K 16E9, it
means the source is VGA1.

Important note – from FW version 2.43 and above:
In the new protocol, there are 2 types of commands: 3 bytes and 4 bytes.
1.
A 3 bytes command – works in a fast mode since the scaler doesn't save the
information immediately. The sent command is executed immediately, but the
status of the scaler is saved in the non-volatile memory only
after 30 sec of no activity.
2.
A 4 bytes command – the scaler executes the save process immediately after
each command.
This operation consumes more time (adding about 2 sec).
