1. General Descriptions
YZTE4- series super premium efficiency three phase induction motors (Frame H80-250) are
developed by NANYANG EXPLOSION PROTECTION GROUP CO. LTD in line with
IEC60034-30-1 Standards, which ratings, mounting dimensions and electrical performances meet
the requirements of latest IEC Standards .These motors possess many remarkable features such
as IE4 super premium efficiency, low noise, little vibration, large margin of safety in temperature
rise, popular shape, safe and reliable operation.
This YZTE4- Motor is designed for hazardous location purpose applications , the
following contents shall be added:

2. Construction
2.1 Stator
High quality steel laminations and magnetic wires adopted
Vacuum-pressure-impregnated (VPI) treatment
Excellent electrical and mechanical properties
High moisture resistance
Better thermal stability
2.2 Rotor
The die-casting copper rotor is hot shrinked on the shaft. The rotor is dynamically
balanced to achieve little vibration.
2.3 Bearings
Shielded ball bearings are adopted for frame H80 ~ 132 motors. And bearings open
with covers are adopted for frame H160 ~ 250 motors. Such motors are fitted with
re-greasing nipples.
2.4 Conduit Box
Cast Iron Conduit Box centrally located
B3/B5/B35/V1 Convertible
Grounding bolts fitted

2.5. Fan and Fan Cover
Standard fan of plastics or cast iron according to different usage.
