Front Office Agents (m/f) and Front Office Shiftleaders (m/f)
Your tasks:
• demonstrating a high level of customer service for our international and national guests
• managing all activities at the front desk from arrival to departure including
administrative tasks like balancing the cash and blocking the rooms
• attending the telephone
• compliance with the standards of Leonardo Hotels
• personal contribution to preserve the quality of service
Your skills:
• studies related to the hotel or tourism business
• ideally first experiences at the front office
• guest focused personality
• strong communication skills
• commitment to a high level of service
• flexibility and toughness
• good English and German knowledge, other languages are advantageous
• identification with our core values: naturalness, individuality and personal commitment
