Notice of cancellation must be given to AWWA in writing. Cancellation
by an exhibitor of any portion of exhibit space reserved results in the
following, if written cancellation notice is received by AWWA on or
before the dates listed:

Prior to August 25, 2016: Full refund of monies paid.
ugust 25–October 27, 2016: 25% of the deposit will be forfeited

If the exhibitor reduces the space reserved, the cancellation policy
will apply to the canceled portion of space, and AWWA reserves
the right to relocate the exhibitor to new booth space in the best
interest of the conference. In fairness to all exhibitors involved,
and to AWWA, the above policies regarding space assignment,
payments, and refunds will be strictly adhered to by AWWA.

bide by all Exhibitor Contractual Terms and Conditions (See on the Web at
www.awwa.org/exhibitor).
2. Attach hereto our credit card number or check payable to American Water
Works Association (AWWA) for 25% of the booth fee plus all corner fees as a
deposit, which will be applied to our space rental cost. Applications received
on or after February 23, 2017, must be accompanied by full payment.
3. Pay the 25% deposit by August 25, 2016.
4. Pay the balance of the space cost by February 23, 2017.
Note: AWWA reserves the right to relocate your booth if deemed necessary.
