SPECIFICATIONS
Input Voltage : Single Phase AC, 230V, 50 Hz, variable in steps through
rotary switch.
Output Voltage : DC continuously variable by varying auto transformer.

Diodes : RUTTANSHAH/USHA make. All the diodes are duly matched
current sharing-wise during testing for long life operation of the
equipment.
Transformer : This will be torroidal type transformer. The transformer
will have tappings for varying the input voltage to desired value by
means of rotary switch.
Variac : It is a continuously variable voltage auto transformer having a
movable carbon tip, fixed to brush arm sliding on a silver plated
commutator. Rotation of the brush arm by manual rotation delivers an
output voltage from 0 to or above line voltage by about 5%.
