FEES FOR NON-DISPLAY USE OF NYSE EURONEXT INFORMATION
NON-DISPLAY FEES – INTERNAL USE
CATEGORY 1 FEES – TRADING AS PRINCIPAL
Category 1 Fees apply where a customer’s Non-Display Use of real time NYSE Euronext Information is for
the purpose of trading based activities as principal.
CATEGORY 2 FEES – BROKING/AGENTS
Category 2 Fees apply where a customer’s Non-Display Use of real time NYSE Euronext Information is for
the purpose of trading-based activities to facilitate their customers’ business.
CATEGORY 3 FEES – TRADING PLATFORM
Category 3 Fees apply where a customer’s Non-Display Use of real time NYSE Euronext Information is, in
whole or in part, for the purpose of providing reference prices in the operation of one or more trading
platforms including, but not restricted to Multilateral Trading Facilities, Alternative Trading Systems, Broker
Crossing Networks, Dark Pools and Systematic Internalisation systems.
Customers will not be liable for Category 3 Internal Use Non-Display Fees for those Information products
for which they are also paying Category 1 and/or Category 2 Fees.

Arca BBO and NYSE ArcaTrades within the same Category.

3.
GENERAL
3.1 A flat Fee per Information product per organization applies. Fees apply on an enterprise-wide basis
to the organization, any of its holding companies and its subsidiaries. For the purposes of this chapter, a
subsidiary means a company in which the user owns directly or indirectly 50% (fifty percent) or more of the
issued share capital and over which it exercises effective control.
3.2 Users will not be liable for Managed Non-Display Fees for those Information products for which they
pay the Internal Non-Display Fee.
3.3 Users will not be liable for Category 3 Internal Use Non-Display Fees for those Information products
for which they are also paying Category 1 and/or Category 2 Fees.
3.4 All Fees set forth in this Non-Display Fee Schedule are in addition to Access Fees, Licence Fees, Usage
Fees or other Fees that are otherwise payable in respect of the applicable NYSE Euronext Information
products in accordance with other NYSE Euronext Agreements, policies and/or price lists.
3.5 To the extent applicable, for the purposes of the Trading Platform Agreement including, but not
limited to, its policies, references in this Non-Display Fee Schedule to European Equities shall mean
Euronext Securities Markets and references to NYSE LIFFE shall mean Euronext Derivatives Markets.
