Enclosed Bolted Pressure Switch
Where utility metering is not required, Siemens offers an
enclosed bolted pressure switch. These switches use Class L
fuses and have a 200,000A IR maximum UL short-circuit rating. This floor mount unit is easy to install and comes complete
with fuse door interlock and padlockable handle.

For convenience, nothing beats our BCT switchboard complete with SENTRONTM Series circuit breakers. This new
line of circuit breakers has transformed the industry, meeting
the requirements of modern construction with some of the
highest interrupting ratings on the market. With metering provisions of 400 to 1200 amperes, this unit is field convertible
from cold to hot sequence metering. Ruggedly constructed
and easy to install, this floor mount service entrance equipment is available now to help keep your project on schedule.

Our economical choice for so many small to medium jobs.
Each unit features the exclusive Vacu-Break®clampmatic enclosed switch for quick-make, quick-break action.
No exposed contacts to worry about. Metering provisions
run from 400 to 1200 amperes. For flexibility, cold sequence
metering is standard and hot sequence available with little
delay. Each unit features a tamper-proof enclosure with
hinged door and padlockable handle.

These switches are suitable for use on
systems capable of delivering fault current
up to 200,000 amperes symmetrical RMS
when equipped with Class L fuses. All
bolted pressure switches include fuse
door interlock; quick-make, quick-break
operation; bolted pressure force on closed
contact; padlockable (in the “OPEN”
position only) handle.
