Converting 2 prong to 3 prong grounded plug

WARNING! Always insure the following steps are taken BEFORE working inside
any amplifier.
1. Unplug or make sure the amp is unplugged from wall AC.
2. Turn on the power and Stand-By switches.
3. Connect a jumper wire from chassis ground to pin 1 or pin 6 of any preamp
tube. We recommend the first tube (12AX7 or 7025 on the far end).
4. Allow stored electricity to drain for a few minutes.
5. If in doubt, refer service to a competent technician.
