As with the Level 1 course, the focus is practical, with an emphasis on speaking and listening to authentic texts, with some written and grammatical work assigned mainly as homework. You will learn to talk about both past and present activities involving work and leisure, future plans, accommodation, travel, health and asking for information about cultural events in the countries where the language is spoken. You will work in pairs and groups to maximise practice. Homework may be set and you must be reasonably computer literate to benefit fully from the course. Entry requirements: Completion of the beginner’s course, or if you have a basic knowledge of the language.
