Course content:
In a world ever reliant on the use of computers and software packages, the course aims to provide a solid grounding in
Microsoft Office to develop key IT skills, useful to working in an office environment or managing a business from home.
You will learn how to use Word to create documents, posters and mail-merge letters, use Excel to create spreadsheets with formulas and charts and create a PowerPoint presentation. The course also covers organising files and folders, using internet resources and creating and querying an
Access database.
This course is not for complete beginners.
