Nexera CL
SIL-30ACMP CL System
Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography system for
operation up to 19,000 PSI. The SIL-30ACMP CL autosampler
holds up to six microtiter plates, offering your laboratory highcapacity and high-speed operation. Open-access design enables
the loading of samples, even during analysis. Intelligent design
and standard rinse pump virtually eliminate carryover.
Shimadzu’s LC-30AD CL liquid chromatograph pumps deliver
precise and rapid gradients for stable retention times and
optimized separations.
SIL-20ACXR CL System
High Performance Liquid Chromatography system for operation
up to 9500 PSI. The SIL-20ACXR CL autosampler offers rapid
and accurate injection and low carryover. Shimadzu’s LC20ADXR CL liquid chromatograph pumps deliver outstanding
gradient performance and exceptional durability for applications
requiring higher than standard HPLC operating pressures.

Prominence CL
SIL-20AC CL System
High Performance Liquid Chromatography system for operation
up to 6000 PSI. The SIL-20AC CL autosampler in combination
with the LC-20AD CL liquid chromatography pumps represent

Single Quad
LCMS-2020 CL
An ultra-fast single-quadrupole mass spectrometer (MS)
designed for ease of use with an HPLC or UHPLC system. The
LCMS-2020 CL offers high performance at low cost for your
routine laboratory analyses.
Triple Quad
LCMS-8030 CL
An ultra-fast triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (MS/MS)
for use with HPLC or UHPLC systems. The use of MS/MS in
your laboratory allows for specific and highly sensitive Multiple
Reaction Monitoring (MRM) multi-component analyses. With
ultra-fast positive-negative polarity switching and ultrafast MRM times, the LCMS-8030 CL maximizes analytical
throughput.
LCMS-8040 CL
An ultra-fast triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (MS/MS),
incorporating improved ion optics systems for increased
sensitivity. The LCMS-8040 CL is appropriate for laboratories
requiring lower detection limits in specific and highly sensitive
Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) multi-component analyses.
LCMS-8050 CL
A next-generation triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (MS/
MS) offering unparalleled measurement speeds and highsensitivity performance. Specific and highly sensitive Multiple
Reaction Monitoring (MRM) multi-component analysis is
improved with a heated electrospray source and a newly
designed collision cell. The LCMS-8050 CL redefines highsensitivity and high-speed analysis.

Confidence in Clinical Measurements
A critical parameter of instrument performance is carryover of patient samples. Ultra-low carryover is required in highly sensitive
LC-MS/MS assays. The SIL-30ACMP CL autosampler standard injection cycle demonstrates exceptional carryover performance
even on compounds that are very prone to adsorption. Additionally, the SIL-30ACMP CL can employ an additional rinsing
mechanism to mitigate carryover. These features ensure that accurate quantitation is possible even for the most complex
biological matrices.

Powerful Software for Quantitative
Analyses with Ease and Efficiency
Shimadzu’s family of software allows easy operation of analytical instrumentation including auto-tuning, acquisition parameters,
data review, and report generation. The software also allows the creation of quantitation methods for multi-component analysis,
enabling laboratories to perform quantitative analyses with easily and efficiently.
Real-Time Analysis Window with Instrument Status
The data acquisition window displays chromatograms in real time, as well as instrument status information such as pressure,
temperature, and analytical run time. Instrument status logs are permanently stored in each data file, making audit retrieval and
troubleshooting secure and intuitive.

Analysis Window (Quantitation Browser) for Multiple Data File Review
The Quantitation Browser allows users to analyze and compare entire data sets in a single window. Rapid review and
simultaneous calculation of multiple compound results from multiple sample injections is possible. In addition to calculating a
complete batch of analytical data, it enables quick, easy confirmation of data quality. The browser provides efficient quantitative
processing of multiple analytes.
