Is the participation in EoI only restricted
to Mobile Operators or can Tower
companies participate as well?
The EoI is directed at mobile phone
operators but (depending on the
solution that the operators are
choosing) tower companies may be
part of the solution as well. However,
the EoI must be submitted by a
mobile phone operator that is
licensed to operate in Uganda.
