Hosting and organizing annual academic seminars & international conferences, such as VEAM 2014, GREEN ECONOMY 2015, INFINITI 2016 to improve the research quality for UEH lecturers. Enhancing co-researching and co-publishing. Seeking funds for “Attracting talent” as well as “Enhancing Academic Research” (from 2014), in order to recruit and attract researchers and provide them high salary, bonus, good facility and equipment. From 2016 to 2020, 5% of the UEH tuition fee (around USD 600,000) is used for research activities and this amount will be increased to 7% 8% (USD 750,000 - 900,000). • Seeking more fund resources for research activities by submitting research proposals to World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Academic Fund, … • Developing the funding activities for research at UEH within domestic and international level.
