Ground Stakes for Palladian Trellis NOTE: BEFORE ASSEMBLY, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL PARTS LISTED BELOW. Parts: A. Stakes - set of 2 Tools Required for Assembly You will need a rubber mallet if you plan to anchor the trellis in the soil. A. Stakes Parts: A. Stakes - set of 2 Mounting your trellis as free standing In areas with soft soil, the Stakes (A) may be used.To install the trellis slide the Stakes (A) into the vertical square tubes located on both sides of the trellis. Make sure that trellis stands straight and levelled. Drive Stakes (A) into the ground with a rubber mallet (the trellis may not stand upright without support in very soft soil). In areas with moderate-tohard ground you may need to dig small holes to receive the stakes. For additional support, wall mounts may be used (not included). Caring for your Trellis and Stakes This powder–coated steel garden structure is resistant to the effects of sun, rain, frost and snow. It may be left outdoors year-around.To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth. If the powder-coat finish should chip or scratch, it may be touched up with rust-proof enamel (not included).
