Furniture, mattresses, lamps etc
Scrap metals— including old grills, automotive parts without fluids, stainless steel, bike
frames, fire grates, bed frames, outdoor furniture, wire shelving, fencing, pipe, wire etc.
PLEASE load scrap metals so they are on
top and easily accessible if possible.
Paint cans—must be open & any remaining
paint must be completely dried up
Outdoor toys, playground equipment etc
Scrap/junk building materials/lumber (NO
roofing materials)
Scrap/junk carpet, rugs, carpet padding,
other flooring scraps etc
Scrap household remodeling materials, toilets, tubs, cabinets, windows, doors, glass
blocks etc.
Scrap/junk plastics, totes, shelving, broken
toys, plant baskets/containers etc.
Old tire rims ONLY - NO tires
PLEASE BAG OR BOX UP SMALLER ITEMS
FOR EASIER & SPEEDIER UNLOADING.
This event has only a minimal number
of VOLUNTEER workers.
You MUST come prepared to
unload your own vehicle/trailer
with only minimal assistance.
Volunteers will gladly unload for the
elderly and those that are physically
challenged.

NO yard waste (please take this to the
Laketon Township yard waste site—which
will be open normal hours — $15.00 annual
card required at the yard waste site)
NO hazardous waste (pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, fertilizers, poisons, pool
chemicals, antifreeze, petroleum products,
automotive fluids, wood stains, cleaning
products, paint thinner, adhesives, aerosols, fluorescent light bulbs, batteries, drain
cleaners, anything containing mercury or
freon—these can be taken to the Muskegon County Public Works Household Hazardous Waste call 231-724-6001 option 4
for more info)
NO used motor oil—this can be taken for
recycling FREE at any Autozone location or
many other automotive retailers.
NO propane tanks
