Director of Controls Services Fairbanks Energy Services is a Design/Build energy conservation Company focused on the design and construction of cost effective energy conservation projects. We’re currently looking for a Director of Controls Services who shares our passion for energy conservation, our self-motivated, collaborative work-ethic, and is ready to implement and engage in energy conservation and controls projects. The ideal candidate is someone who has significant building controls and EMS experience and can grow and lead a team of controls professionals. A Director of Controls Services for Fairbanks Energy is responsible for the development and oversight of large commercial and industrial energy controls projects. This position requires excellent personal skills with clients, organizational skills, and pleasant rapport during follow-up calls and emails. He or she should be detail oriented and have clear communication and effective digital presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in designing and project managing controls and Building Automation System projects. Desired Skills and Experience Along with creativity, an entrepreneurial attitude, and the ability to work independently, your previous experience and attributes will include: - At least 10 years of experience in designing and project managing controls and Building Automation System projects - Experience in the following protocols and technologies: Industry standard BAS systems including Johnson MetaSys, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, and Schneider.
