UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ON SCHOOL PROPERTY
Background
Authorized employees of the District may require persons to remove themselves from the school
or school property.
The School Act provides for the maintenance of order in a school or at an official school function.
Procedure
1. Principals, or designates employed by the District, and police officers, are authorized to direct
any person to promptly leave a school or school property within the District.
