Cell phone protection is $5 per month except for the iPhone; iPhone protection is $9.99 per month. There is a deductible
for all phones as follows: $50 (Simple Phones), $100 (Smartphones), $99 (8GB iPhones), $169 (16GB iPhones), and $199 (32GB
and above iPhones, all iPhone 6+). Maximum of 2 replacements are allowed. iPhones are refurbished. Protection may only
be added at time of purchase from Huskertech.

apply. The billing period begins on the 28th of every month or the day you sign up for service, and ends on the 29th of the month. Minutes restart on the 23rd of the month with Verizon’s cycle. Cancellations before
contract completion are subject to an Early Termination Fee (before 6 months: $300, after 6 months: $100). All plan changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Free long distance to U.S. only.
International calls (including Canada and Mexico) will be billed at the additional rate. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month. No charge for calls you do not answer; you will be charged each time you
call out regardless if there is an answer on the other end. Taxes and an Administrative Billing Fee of $1 will be charged on all plans. Text messaging, downloads, and other features are extra charge. There will be a
non-refundable $25 Activation Fee for all new phones purchased. Phone purchases can only be billed if the total is $50 or less. Directory assistance calls are billed at $1.75 per call in addition to airtime
charges. An approved Verizon phone is required for service. Calling Features included with plan: basic voice mail (airtime applied), caller ID, call waiting, and 3-way calling (will double minutes used).
