Description
XVIII th C house restored in the 90s.
The house underwent a huge renovation process to bring the house up to date maintaining
the original structure and materials.
We entered the house through a doorway with an old beautiful wooden dor with spectacular
craft work.
The floor is hydraulic tilescombined with parquet floor in bedrooms on the first floor . In the
second it is ceramic tile .
The hall and the courtyard have large gray stone slabs placed irregularly that give great
authenticity.
The reform was able to preserve the traditional structure of a central courtyard around
which , in clear Arabic influence , daily life takes place in an atmosphere of peace and
beauty.

The structure of the house gives it a natural aircoditioning provided by thecourtyard.
Its decorated with flower pots, columns , and fountains something typical of Huses in
Granada that has been disapearing little by little, which makes this house even more unique.
On the ground floor there is an apartment (to be finished ) , an area designated as the bar –
wine cellar and a large triple garage parking , very spacious.
The first floor is accessed through a great stone staircase with beautiful fittings and a large
wood paneling that was recovered with great care when rehabilitation took place..
On this floor we find the living room, kitchen, office and main bedroom of the house.
On the second floor there are two complete and independent apartments with several
bedrooms more .
The location is very central , close to the Jeronimos Monastery , Cathedral, etc. …
The obvious charm of the house , beyond its beauty is enhanced by its long historical
evolution of the different peiods it has gone throuh, the famous people who have lived and
the historical events he has witnessed .

The Alhambra, a few minutes walk from the house you can enjoy the lspell of the streets of

On the same day you can sky at Sierra Nevada’s resort and walk on the sunny beaches of
Granada’s tropical Coast and watch the magnificent sunsets
