Discussed  putting  together  a  welcome  letter  to  new  members  to  introduce  them  to
NORFMA
•
Looking  for  somebody  to  start  working  on  bullet  points  to  outline  letter.
Action:    Dave  will  send  out  a  rough  draft  to  Board  Members  for  review

John  updated  the  Board  on  work  ASFPM  is  doing  to  update  their  policy  document  on  their   website.  Last  time  it  was  updated  was  in  2007.
•
Asking  for  NORFMA’s  help  via  input  on  any  sections  we  feel  strongly  about  or  want  to  a   change  in  position.
•
NORFMA  will  look  to  create  a  working  group  to  address  desired  changes  and  highlight  the   sections  we  feel  should  be  addressed.
•
Board  members  should  work  to  identify  members  who  would  be  appropriate  to  fill  this   working  group.
Action:    Board  members  identify  and  forward  the  request  to  serve  on  a  working  group   to  interested  members.  CC  John  when  you  contact  members  so  he  knows  who  is  involved   and  has  been  asked.

Nothing  but  praises  about  the  conference  this  year.  Gifts  have  been  sent  out  to  Deanna  and
Carla,  and  will  follow  up  with  Thank  You  letters  to  Tony  Melone,  John  Engel,  and  Monica
Walker.
Action:    Henry  and  Anna  will  coordinate  to  make  a  web  link  and  announcement  and  will   launch  early  next  week

Paula,  Dave,  Anna,  and  Hans  will  be  working  on  starting  up  the  Club  Express  website
