Scope of Work.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials (unless specifically noted below), and equipment, per plans and specifications to complete scope of work per Division 16. All necessary applications and permits required to complete this scope shall be included. The description provided below is informational only and not intended to represent the entire scope of work.
This work requires contractor to supply a performance and payment bond for the contract value.
This work includes:
Site Lighting: excavation/ backfill, conduit, wire, and circuits as required for site lighting, including engineered concrete light standard bases for all lighting per the site lighting / photometric plan. Installation and final connections of site lighting and testing. Anchor bolts, poles, and fixtures to be provided by owner.
Generator: Kohler50REZGB generator, gas, sound enclosure, remote annunciator, Kohler KSS-DCTA 400 amp auto transfer switch. New panel
EP-1, 400 amp panelboard, copper buss. All required conduits and fittings. All copper conductors. All required labor. New concrete pad.
New gas line to generator location. All trenching and patching of asphalt and concrete. Transfer of identified circuits to new panel and testing.
Heat pumps: Provide all conduit, wire, final connections, disconnects and circuits as required for (50) new Heat Pumps for high voltage power.
