In India, we have been working since 1972. We currently operate out of 12 Regional Offices spread across 25 States and 1 Union Territory. We are inviting applications from experienced and committed individuals/ fundraising/marketting professionals to work with ActionAid Association as Permission Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Reporting to Qualification and Experience Securing permissions for venues to put up ActionAid Kiosks /stalls in Corporate Offices, housing complex, institutions, malls, offices, shopping markets, events etc. for Face to Face Fundraising team to sign up with supporters/donors. Prepare a monthly meeting schedule with potential donors. Prepare creative and effective presentations. Maintain a data base of prospective donors. Updating / reporting the activities to the Line Manager Be responsible for ensuring full confidentiality of the donor’s information as well as that of the organisation Represent ActionAid India in a responsible manner as per the organisational values and norms Area Manager, Face to Face Fundraising Graduate with about 2 -5 years of experience in fundraising Experience with sales, marketing, public relations, event management skills, will be considered. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English. Any other language including Hindi and the local language would be an advantage Excellent networking, negotiating and relationship building skills. Self driven and highly motivated Good presentation skills A good team player and gender sensitive Be willing to travel as per work requirement Computer skills with proficiency with MS Office, especially Word and Excel Salary and Benefits Salary and Benefits: Gross emoluments for Permission Coordinator will be approximately Rs.12350/- per month. In addition, other benefits - such as Group Medical Insurance with coverage of Staff & Dependents; Personal Accident Insurance of staff and Provident Fund is payable as per law and norms of the organisation.
