Dual channel IGBT driver VLA567-01R
DIP‐GAM (Dual Inline Package Gate Amp Module) is a gate driver with two circuits, productized as an IGBT module drive mainly for industrial equipment. It also includes an isolated gate power source for each circuit, making it possible to replace dual gate drive circuits of the past which consist of 4 hybrid ICs (2 DCDC converters and 2 gate drivers) with 1 hybrid IC. Moreover, by developing an IC dedicated to our company’s products and curtailing the number of components, we have succeeded in reducing substantially the total cost.
