space efficient reliable rectifiers and controllers with regional mechanical adaptability the NetSure™ 201
provides the optimal solution for your business critical applications in the power requirement range of 400 W
to 6 kW DC.
High-volume electronics in regionally adapted systems
Emerson’s new power systems are designed at regional design
centers in Europe, North America, and Asia and are based on
standardized Global electronics. Rectifiers and controllers are
manufactured in Global factories and shipped to our regional
configuration centers, where all other parts of the systems are
produced. This combines volume advantages for electronics
with local adaptability in building practice and configuration.

A state of the art subrack power system
The NetSure™ 201 system is very space
efficient. It is available in 19” subracks, in heights from 1U.
In the 2U high version a single shelf can house a 3.2 kW
system and in dual shelf configuration up to 6.4 kW. In spite
of the small dimensions NetSure™
�����������������������������������
201 gives a high level of
functionality����������������������������������������������
. The system can be configured with different
feature level controllers, including the ACU which even provide
high level site supervision functions.
The demands for a state of the art power system goes further
than physical dimensions. A rectifier efficiency of >91% (800 W)
reduces both energy consumption and heat load in the cabinet where it is mounted. The wide input voltage range of 85
to 300 V AC, a temperature range of -40 to +75°C, and EMC
Class B also reduces the demands on the environment where
the system operates. Plug and play rectifiers remove the need
for certified staff for extensions or eventual swap-repairs.

NetSure™ 201
Flexibility to meet different application requirements
Different controllers are available, to meet
different needs for control and remote
supervision. The configurable distribution unit
can house up to 6 circuit breakers per shelf,
and up to 60 A in a single distribution point.
Single-shelf systems are equipped for two
batteries, and dual-shelf up to four. Both low
voltage battery disconnect and low voltage
load disconnect is available.
The 1U high system has a fixed basic configuration with LCU controller one battery fuse,
battery disconnect function and 10 load fuses.

parameters, and configuration flexibility,

replacing sub-rack systems in existing
