Re: DPS Comments on Costs related to Contract Administrators Forward Capacity Work
Dear Mrs. Hudson:
On April 8, 2008, the Public Service Board requested comments regarding the allocation
of costs of work performed by the EEU Contract Administrator in relation to the Forward
Capacity Market. The Department of Public service feels that these costs, and costs of
future work performed by the Contract Administrator in relation to the Forward Capacity
Market, should be paid through revenues associated with participation in the Forward
Capacity Market.
