Print out and date a copy of
CHIMS Inventory
All chemicals stored must be reviewed annually. Any retained chemicals must be
non-leaking, labeled and confirmed to be in good condition with plans to be used
in upcoming research.
I have reviewed all chemicals in my areas and confirm that they are in good
condition and there are plans to use them in the future.
