1) The last date of submission of Bid is hereby extended up
to 15.01.2010.
2) The clause no. 19.1 & 19.2 of GCC is amended as
follows:
If supply of item/equipment is delayed beyond the supply
schedule as stipulated in clause no. 17 or as mutually decided
and stated in the PO/LOI, then the bidder shall be liable to
pay to the purchaser as LD for such delay, a sum of 0.5% of
the contract price for every week of delay or part thereof
subject to a minimum of 5% of the contract price.
