The ACTFL Assessment of Performance toward Proficiency in Languages
(AAPPL) is unlike any other assessment. AAPPL Measure addresses the WorldReadiness Standards for Learning Languages and uses today’s communication media
in which test takers perform tasks such as participating in a virtual video chat,
creating wikis, e-mailing, and using apps to demonstrate language ability.

• Supervising Counselors and Tutors

FSLA Germany 2016: Berlin
• Dates: July 1-23, 2016
• Capacity: 16 students maximum
• 
Language Requirement: Students must have had at least German 1 & 2 in
high school or the equivalent
• Rising high school junior or senior in Fall 2016 (includes home school
students)
• UNG Admissions Requirements: Must be dual enrolled at UNG
 3.25 minimum cumulative GPA in required high school curriculum course work
 SAT minimum 970 combined critical reading and math, with minimum 480
critical reading and minimum 440 math - or - ACT minimum 21 composite with
minimum 20 English and minimum 18 math

Dual Enrollment Program: Students must be admitted to UNG
MOWR will pay your tuition if you are a Georgia resident
UNG will not charge you mandatory fees
In-state, Georgia residents will pay: A program fee of $3,500 which includes,
but is not limited to, the following items: Airfare from Atlanta to Berlin;
Travel insurance; Lodging with Berlin host families; Most field trips and
excursions; Breakfast and dinner each day;
• Out-of-state students will pay an additional $929.72 for tuition/fees for a total
cost of $4,429.72
• Credit: 1 Carnegie Unit of HS Credit (German III, IV or V) and 4 hours of
university credit (German 1002)
