Proposal Narrative
Please use the following outline as a guide to your proposal narrative.
I. ORGANIZATION INFORMATION
A.
Brief summary of organization. (classroom)
B. Overall description of audience. (The audience can be analyzed in terms of their
general characteristics (grade level, age) and specific entry competencies (prior
knowledge, skills, and attitudes about the topic, and learning styles).
C.
Brief summary of organization goals.
II. PURPOSE OF GRANT
A. Overall goal(s) of the organization for the funding period. How will the grant enrich
the learning environment?
B. Objectives or ways in which you will use the equipment to meet the goal(s). Include
the types of activities that the equipment will be used for.
C.
Description of prior classroom technologies.
III. EVALUATION
A. Please describe your criteria for success. What do you want to happen as a result of
your activities?
B.
How will you measure these changes?
