INSTRUMENT OF AUTHORISATION
APPROVAL OF A NOMINEE
I, MATHIAS CORMANN, Special Minister of State, acting under Remuneration Tribunal
Determination 2012/04: Members of Parliament – Entitlements (‘the Determination’)
AUTHORISE the persons from time to time holding, occupying or performing the duties of
an office specified in the Schedule below, to exercise my power under clause 1.4 of the
Determination, to approve the nomination, by a Senator or Member, of a person as a
nominee.
This instrument revokes and replaces all previous instruments that authorise a person or
persons to exercise the Special Minister of State’s power, under a determination of the
Remuneration Tribunal, to approve a nomination, by a Senator or Member, of a person as a
nominee.
