Allowance
I, MATHIAS CORMANN, Special Minister of State, acting under the Commonwealth
Members of Parliament Staff Enterprise Agreement Guidelines—Travelling Allowance (the
Guidelines) AUTHORISE the persons from time to time holding, occupying or performing the duties of an office specified in the Schedule below to approve an increased rate of travelling allowance under paragraph 23 of the Guidelines (or the equivalent paragraph of any Guidelines that replaces or supersedes it).
This instrument revokes and replaces all previous instruments that authorise a person or persons to exercise the Special Minister of State’s powers under any paragraph of any previous Guidelines that is equivalent to paragraph 23 of the Guidelines.
