CORPORATE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
We are conducting a search for qualified individual for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our Corporate Office
located in Kansas City, MO.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The planning, development & administration of the overall “System”
financial strategies, controls, analysis & policies; Develops, implements & monitors all financial strategic initiatives;
Oversees the performance, management plans and all activities of the VP, Central Business Office, Director, Finance, as
well as the Corporate Accounting Department & Central Business (Billing) Operations; Provides overall administrative
direction for all corporate & hospital activities concerned with financial administration as well as for providing guidance
with future acquisitions and developing Financing alternatives.
The ideal candidate is an integral member of the Corporate Senior Leadership team & must possess a strong knowledge
in the following areas: Financial Administration, General Accounting, Patient Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management,
Medicare/Medicaid Reimbursement & Central Business Office Operations. Additionally, (Critical Access) Hospital
Operations, Financial/Budgetary Oversight & Performance Improvement (“Best-Practice”) Program Development is
strongly preferred. We require a min. 5 yrs prev. exper. in a Corporate CFO or progressively more responsible SR/VPLevel position (preferably in Healthcare &/or a Hospital “System” environment); Masters degree in related field, MBA &/or
CPA required.
