Did you or a loved one survive childhood cancer? One in 640 adults survived cancer as a child; yet we know so little about their lives. The Chicago Healthy Living Study, a research study at the University of Illinois Chicago, is seeking African American and Latino adults who had cancer before age 21. The results will be used to design programs to meet the needs of minority survivors. • Participation involves a 2-hour interview at a convenient location of your choice. • Participants must be 18 years or older, have had a childhood cancer before the age of 21, and now be cancer-free. • Participants will be paid for time and travel. Help us help you stay healthy.
