MeetingOne is seeking a Systems Administrator for its in house Operations team. This position requires technical expertise to support networks and systems needed in day-to-day operations, to include the installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, Windows, VMware ESX\ESXI servers, file systems, and Office 365. Specific duties and responsibilities Lead and participate in design, configuration, maintenance and support of all products. Design, configure, administer and support application, network, and telecom systems and services. Implement network failover/redundancy options and features. Firewall configuration and administration. Follow company processes and policies for systems/service deployments. Mentor other members of the team. Participate in the design of new products and service. Assist QA department in developing test plans and test cases. Participate in documentation of new and existing systems. Troubleshoot issues and problems from internal and external clients. Provide Network capacity management guidance. Learn the ins and outs of the Teleconferencing Industry and become an integral part of the organization. Participate in On Call rotation and be available 24x7 for emergencies. Minimum Qualifications/Experience Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relationships with internal and external clients. Be able to work in a team setting as well as individually. Experience and commitment for documenting and securing roadmaps, processes and product building. Two to Four years of system configuration, maintenance, administration, and support of Linux operating systems. Two to Four years of system configuration, maintenance, administration, and support of VMware and Microsoft Windows technologies. One to Two years implementing high availability systems. Two to Four years of Help Desk and/or Desktop Support experience. Desired Qualifications/Experience Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems. Administration experience with Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security. Administration experience with WSUS. Administration experience with Zenoss. Administration experience with R1Soft Server Backup. Administration experience with Microsoft Office 365. Administration experience with Dell PowerEdge servers. Administration experience with PBX in a Flash (Asterisk /FreePBX). Administration experience with Cisco ASA firewalls. Intermediate scripting experience, preferably Bash or PowerShell. Intermediate understanding of IIS and Apache. Basic understanding of systems security and vulnerability testing. Basic understanding of Java application servers, preferably Tomcat, Glassfish, and Jetty. Administration experience with Dell PowerVault MD3200i arrays and NetApp FAS2200 Filer. Carrier/Telco/Vendor Service procurement and management experience Broad knowledge among Network, Telco, VoIP, and Systems Microsoft SQL / MySQL database experience. Microsoft, VMware, and Linux certifications.
