Staff Photographs
The Head of Administration plans to keep III staff and postgraduate photographs in the
Institute’s Office for internal use only. Human Resources/Registry could let us have a
duplicate of the photograph on your identity card. But in order for them to do this, we
have to get your consent. We would therefore appreciate if you would complete the tear
off slip and return it to B4-15, GBRC.

