title
o Meteorologist John Jones, a
forecaster with The National
Weather Service in Sterling,
 Blizzard: conditions must be at
least 35 mph winds, snow, and zero
visibility before a storm can be a
blizzard.
 Floods: crest is the highest point of
water during the flood. Should be
written as follows: The river will
crest at 30 feet, 20 feet above flood
stage.
